Severe side effects

I took these vitamins for three weeks, starting around the third week of pregnancy. I experienced constant nausea, bloating, and gastritis, along with chest pain. I endured worsening symptoms and decided to stop taking these vitamins, switching to separate folate and iodine. Improvement was noticeable almost immediately.

Allergic reaction noted
Although this brand is reputable, these vitamins did not suit me; I developed a rash on my chest and back, causing intense itching. This experience has reaffirmed the importance of testing for deficiencies prior to taking vitamins.

Pain reduction observed

I felt the effect very quickly! My pain lessened within days, making it possible to walk slowly. Eventually, it became much more tolerable. The doctors did not recognise my symphysitis, indicating the swelling had disappeared, though it wasn't visible. If I forgot to take a capsule or missed dairy, the pain returned immediately.

Pain managed effectively

The vitamins contain a completely natural range of trace elements—no artificial ingredients. I felt their effect swiftly, with pain decreasing and my ability to walk improving. The doctors did not recognise symphysitis, suggesting the swelling is gone. However, neglecting a capsule or dairy brought the pain back instantly.

Gastrointestinal discomfort

My wife took the pills while planning for pregnancy but experienced pain in her right side, belching, and chest pain. There was a strong gastrointestinal side effect, possibly due to individual intolerance. If you decide to buy, start with a small jar.

Chest pain disappointment

I do not recommend these vitamins as they caused me persistent chest pain and nausea. They cost $50, and I'm very disappointed. I plan to switch back to my previous prenatal vitamins that were much cheaper.

Pain issues arose

I began taking these vitamins at week 16 of my pregnancy but experienced severe chest pain and discomfort on my right side. After skipping a day, I felt normal again, but the pain returned upon resuming. This made me reconsider using these vitamins.
